Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we generally cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal has been broken or the package has been opened. This ensures the safety and purity of our products for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong tea blend, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@ndshahtea.in with photos of the package. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment or via bank transfer, as coordinated with our support team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
